Inconsistent sizes?
I can't help but wonder if the sizing varies somewhat. The one I received is definitely smaller than the average adult-sized head and there was no sign of the promised stretch so it looked quite ridiculous sitting high up on my head. Had to return.

Budding magician hat
My son loves it. Fits great, he is 8 with puffy hair. Hat quality is good, ribbon is on just okay. Wouldn't stop me from buying it again. This rating asks about warmth but this isn't a hat I would have him wear for winter it's just a costume accessory.
