Looks weird but works well for certain applications
It sits up too high and is uncomfortable, but I often bump my head when doing some chores and this came through for me recently. I moved a friend to stay with us during the COVID lockdown. At least twice, I would have cracked my head on my minivan tailgate, but this hat prevented a nice head dent! Not an everyday item, but on occasion, it does the job.

Saved my husband's head!
Omg...this was a lifesaver. Literally. After my husband (who, I kid you not, runs into EVERYTHING and hits his head on something at least four times a day while working around the RV) rammed his head into a steel bar and gave himself a concussion and knot for three weeks, I bought this immediately. It arrived in time for his birthday and he wore it while working around the RV for the month. Saved his head at least 20 times on that trip. He'd hit his head but the cap took the blow and no more concussions, lesions, or bruises! It's heavy but I'll exchange that for my poor husband's head not hurting anymore and it looks like a regular ball cap so no one notices.

Terrible fit
Not sure whose head this fits.I wear a 2XL. This hat is larger than that, but is too long front to back. It rocks on my head and falls off.Plus, theee isn't any padding inside. Try the Skullerz soft insert for ballcaps if you can.

Should have done this 25 years ago
I bought this bump cap for emergency use in a cramped, dark space, and it has already saved my head from a bunch of bangs and scrapes. It's just a comfortably loose fitting ball cap with a solid interior shell. I should have bought it 25 years ago. By the way, you can wear it with a headlamp.

Excelente gorra de seguridad para todos aquellos que nos molesta el casco a la hora de laboral. Se siente cómoda y resistente no es de esas gorras sencilla está es de buena calidad y resistente se sienten bien los materiales es cómoda y no acalora como el asco ni se caliente ya que tiene un polímero aislante que te refresca la cabeza cuando estás trabajando
