Q: Why is the triple pack more money than just buying 3 single packs?

it was a neater package, just buy it if you want good fans.

Q: Does the 3-pack also come with the longer radiator and halo screws as well as the extension cables?

Yes it does. I ordered three of the 3-packs and 1 single pack as I needed 10 fans. The 3 pack package is basically three individual fan packages wrapped in one outer package. Each of the three fans came with the same extension cable and screws as the 1 pack did.
