Nicely compliments the Eames Lounge chair.
Beautiful mid century modern look in a design style that compliments our Eames lounge chair. I bought the chairs for a small table that I placed in our living room we use as a game table. They are comfortable and sturdy. They do not tilt when we get up. The directions are a little confusing but the piece that connects the two shells together has to be put on properly or the back and seat will be off. Maybe this is why some users have a tipping seat. Idk?Two things:One the plywood is more of a rosewood color, than the walnut my computer screen displayed. (Not anyone’s fault, just offering others a more accurate color in case you need walnut or wood with a more gold brown rather than reddish tones).Second is the sticker. Like everyone else it’s a huge pain in the rump. A hobby heat gun is useful for this . It quickly allowed us to remove the stickers. We were left with the glue. Which I removed with WD40. A quick wipe with furniture polish and they were perfectly clean.I am thinking about spray painting the legs black. Looking at pics of others that have done this, I like the idea. It looks more finished. :)

Good value for a modern looking chair
I had been wanting to update our table and chairs and my brother suggested these chairs, which have a nice mid-century vibe that would go well with our house. He had gotten them back when they were something like $35 a piece, but the price had gone up considerably. When I saw it finally came down to about $90 a piece, I jumped on them and kept my fingers crossed we would like them (since I’ve read in reviews that it’s costly to return them). (BTW, there is another similar brand whose price had remained low, but the back brace was silver rather than black and I didn’t want that.)They came pretty quickly and I’ve put 2 together. The first one, I actually got the bracket the wrong way with the short side on the back rather than the seat. I thought, you know, this chair would be more comfortable if that bracket were the other way around, so I did the second one that way and it was much better. Then lo and behold, I looked at the directions again (the assembly is so easy you barely need to look at them) and I hadn’t discover some big secret to making these more comfortable, I’d just done the first one wrong. But if you do make that mistake, you will find the back is too low and the chair is not weighted right and it looks a little more squat. So pay attention to that bracket. I also did what another reviewer suggested and attached the front legs before the back. It was actually not easier doing it that way, but it was more balanced—you can get to a situation on the front legs where the screw is right under the decorative wood and it’s nearly impossible to fit the allen wrench into that space so you can’t get it tight.I find them pretty comfortable—more so than the current, more formal chairs we have—but we will have to get used to that lower back. We’ll see what guests think! I’m also considering painting the legs black or staining them.Re the big stickers—I didn’t take them off the first chair I assembled because I wasn’t sure we would keep them, but they really don’t show unless you stoop down to look underneath the chair. But I gave it a try with a hair dryer on the second chair and while the stickers peeled off easily, they did leave a sticky residue. I tried a few things to get the residue off—WD40, alcohol, soapy rag, and then finally gave up and decided to leave well enough alone because I wasn’t sure that printed wood layer would hold up. I plan to leave the stickers on the other chairs unless they show.

Buy them!
I love them. Easy to clean, simple to assemble, it took all of 20 minutes to do so. It was so easy! They seem wobbly after you set them up BUT it appears for purpose. When you sit the weight distributes nicely and the wobble goes away. Thick, nice hard wood, fun to sit in and beautiful design. Worth. It.

Beautiful chairs
The chairs are stunning and well made but the best part is the customer service. I received the chairs, assembled the chairs and then stumbled on a better price with another company. I really didn’t want to go through the hassle of taking them apart and lugging them to be returned. I contacted the company to see if they would price match. They were great and very accommodating. Hit all the “P’s” Price. product and People. I’ll defiantly order from them again. Thank you!

Chairs are nice, other than the sticker
The chairs themselves are great. I like the style, they’re comfortable, they feel sturdy. This is so far offset by the GIANT PAPER STICKER on the nice wood part of both chairs that is impossible to remove without leaving an unsightly sticky patch. I’ve been trying to remove them for an hour with limited success. This is a huge pain in the ass and completely avoidable, why is this here?!

Fine for thin people
Okay chairs. I am thin ( 6 ft 145 lbs) and I can’t imagine anyone much heavier being comfortable in them. Pretty easy to assemble. Fine for occasional use.

Stylish & Comfy
I purchased these chairs for my office for guest's to sit at during meetings. They are comfy and we have received compliments on them - however my friend noted that if you have a wider body frame - your hips may feel smushed in them as the sides curl up (as shown in the photos they provide) The leather like material is soft and smooth/matte. Since it's white, it does show dirt easily - but I have not yet had to clean the material yet to see how it cleans or what works best to clean it with. Everything arrived well packaged and individually cushion wrapped. Assembly was easy and they provide you with an Allen wrench to tighten the bolts.
