Upon receipt, the plastic tube was detached from the pump - and stuck inside the dispenser. I got it out, and attached it - then put it back in. The tube falls off, every time you put the pump together. It is not the right size. I returned it. However, the outside and dispenser is nice quality - but the pump and tube do not function correctly - and the pump is plastic, I thought it was metal.

This soap dispenser is exactly what we need for our kitchen, however, the spout points out straight, so if you don't have your hand cupped, you get the soap/lotion on your clothes. We've bent it down a bit but difficult to do w/o breaking it. Currently trying to find a replacement spout. Otherwise it's just so beautiful.

This dispenser has a very pretty design, fits well on the sink against the wall. The dispenser itself is a little awkward. If you notice its design is at a 90 degree angle which shoots the soap straight out. If you use thicker textured soap refills, it works better.

Use this to dispense hand lotion. It’s great - holds a good quantity. It is very attractive.

The only reason I gave it 4 stars over 5 was because I accidentally went to push on the top of the dispenser, and my hand slipped and broke off the part that sticks our where the soap or lotion comes out. Otherwise, I love the design on it!

I have black and ivory bathroom decorations. I really wanted something off white. It's not the Ivory I wanted but it fits in the the Victorian theme perfectly! It looks so elegant and solid. I love 😍 it! Mine has lotion. I plan to buy another for a soap dispenser! I also have the toothbrush holder, and planning on getting the tumbler! This is really nice if you're into this type of decor!
