It's not the softest. But the cotton feel is nice and it is soft enough. It is a LOT lighter than the comforter we had for the winter, so I guess it's all subjective. I'm surprisingly very pleased with it. It doesn't look muted or washed out like they printed it with the remains of a used up dye. I actually like the difference in tone when I open the curtains, have on a lamp, or the bright overhead canned lights. I'm super glad I measured twice. It just covers to the top of the side boards of the bed. Which was my intention. And if you pull the cover all the way up over one pillow and tuck it under the pillow, like Grandma did, it's not quite long enough from pillow to foot. Fortunately, the foot board on our bed pretty much covers that. In addition, like many of you, I didn't like that the print stopped so far from the edge of the coverlet. With all the extra pillows, I can pile those on top of the blank part of the cover and Voila' it's covered. Washing machine/dryer is ok, just do cool everything if possible. If it was a little larger, and a tiny bit heavier, it would be absolutely perfect. But how many things in this world are...

I love leaf designs so it's a pretty embroidery pattern, good value with pillows and shams, feels nice. Solid 4.75 stars if I could do that. Only thing I didn't prefer was the straight style quilt stitching. It gives it a stripey modern feel. I prefer a winding scroll style quilt stitch. Maybe I'm too traditional.

Love this cover & pillows, got the cream/purple & it’s gorgeous & fits well. Has held up for having it over a year & with dogs sleeping on the bed every night. Would recommend to buy!

Absolutely love it!

I recently found curtains I liked to go with my Madison Park Caelie Coverlet & while it isn't everyone's taste of course, it works for me. The many wonderful reviews of both the curtains - JINCHAN white sheer embroidered leaf Voile Curtains - & the Caelie Coverlet set helped so much & I thank everyone who takes the time to give reviews. I noted many, like myself, purchased the coverlet in king size as our bed is extremely high & had questions about the shams. What I did was buy an extra set of queen size pillows for the shams, folded back the extra length (sew or pin) & placed those pinned sides in the center. It worked & looks perfectly fine even without the throw pillows which I love. I also purchased an extra white throw pillow from elsewhere to somewhat match the white coverlet's "subtle white stripes". There are many beautiful leaf design curtains on Amazon that will go with this coverlet if you want something other than a solid color. Thanks again, reviewers! Hopefully, I've helped others also.

Product packaging was ripped upon receipt but sending back because it is not, as described, blue. Definitely more of a sea foam green in real life.

I'm looking to buy this set again. I purchased my first set 4 years ago and wash weekly, religiously. It has held up beautifully. We have a 110lb laborador that sleeps on the bottom of the bed and the embroidery stills hold up. It's soft, comfortable, and beautiful.

This set is not as nice as the pictures but still suitable. It is very large though. I purchased the king size and it hangs waaaay over on all sides! The cushions are cute but the zigzag one does not match at all.

The sides are a little short for my liking, but we don’t use a bed skirt as we have two twin fully articulating mattresses and bed skirt won’t stay in place
