First Thousand Words in English

The media could not be loaded. Awesome book...it will be helpful for the kids below 3years old..I damn sure that parents would be satisfied with this book..

I had this as a kid, hardcover. Good to see it’s still in print, and everything is still the same (including the cheeky hidden duckies!)

My child loves the book and wants to sit with it everyday.

The book is amazing n amazing illustrations

Book is good for kids. I got the delivery by DTDC courier for which i had to travel to some location and collect it. Eventhough the packaging was good, i received the book folded in some areas, torn off little in the middle portion and was ugly in look at both sides. This needs improvement.

Well described.. The book is big..picture's r large.. And really useful...its like jumanji.. Hi.. Always feel to read it..

Kid's favorite

A reprint of one of my childhood favourites. Absolutely recommended simply for the detailed illustrations. A must have.

Had this book for my children, and now for my grandchildren. They love looking for the little duck on each page. I’ve also put the same book in French.

This is a sturdy edition, with attractive images for children. As a foreign buyer from a non-English speaking country, it has been hard for me to find books containing such large vocabulary, without any translations - which I find undesirable during the learning process of children. If one considers that about 8k words is considered by many professionals as educated native speaker competence, purchasing a book with 1000 words already seems like a good investment.

Was the most appropriate semi-dictionary for ESL adults with no vocab. Extends skills. Would love to find equivalent non child book
