I received this excellent quality product, just as advertised. This is the second time I've purchased this product from this supplier. These therapy balls have allowed me to regain movement and grip in my left hand, always following the instructions. I would buy them again in the future.

These are fantastic! Each one has a little bit different level of squishiness so I can pick the one that fits my level of fidget for the day. The positive messages on them are really nice and give my brain something to think about other than whatever has me fidgeting in the first place. Highly recommend for anyone that can’t sit still.

These are awesome. The colors are great. They are soft, medium and hard. Packaged for gifting! Great for those on electronics all the time.

They help with stress

Well made exercise balls. I love the inspirational questions printed on them, as well as the hand strengthening exercises that came with the balls. They are firm, and easy to grip (I have small hands).

Very nice and just the right amount of resistance

These stress balls are great for doing grip exercises and the motivational saying are nice to consider as you use them. The varying hardness works well for exercising your hand and relieving stress. I leave a three star review because of the aromatherapy oils infused in each ball. I'm not sure what oils were used in the set that I purchased but, while I find them pleasant, my wife had an allergic reaction. Some notification as to what oils are used would be nice so those with allergies can avoid purchasing something that will prompt a reaction. I really like the brand but simply saying, "...oil infused with serotonin stimulating scents..." doesn't do much for those with potential allergies. If I knew what scents were used, I would have chosen a set that would not have triggered a reaction.

I took a chance on these and I'm glad I did! My previous stress-balls wore out within a week, leaking some sort of weird powder all over me too. That was fun... Not only is this nice for stress, but I use these as a means to help keep my mind preoccupied so that I can focus. I have A.D.D. and heightened sensory 'quirks,' so having something that feels good and produces a nice experience is important for my work output and focus. The material feels great and doesn't leave any rubber-y residue, which is nice because when I get hyper-focused, I tend to place it to my mouth. Each time I do, I get a nice soft/smooth sensation with a fun little added scent! And of course, the 'squish factor' is nice because it has an initial soft feel, but the more you squeeze, the higher resistance you get. Most others are soft from start to finish and really don't help with any excess energy/anxiety you have. Whoever thought of these was really thinking about the functionality and usability. I'll absolutely be buying more from this crew.
