Slide Anchor Spike

This is a must have for any boat owner. This product gives you the freedom to beach your boat anywhere without worrying about it drifting away from the shore when the waves knock it lose. Sometimes, when there is wind, I will run the rope back to the cleat on the back of my boat to keep it straight. I have a 21 ft fiberglass v-hull walkabout and the small size works fine. I actually had it holding both my boat and a friend's 32" pontoon at the same time...plenty strong enough. If you are on the fence on whether or not to get one of these, do yourself a favor and get it. You won't regret it.

I have 3 friends with these that anchor their boats in the sand with me. I was the only one that didn't have one until I bought this. It was hard to spend that much money for an anchor but I haven't in 3 years seen any of their boats budge in heavy wake or rough water. They simply work.... and it was my time to buy one and quit lugging a big rusty anchor onto the beach.

When tying my boat up to shore, I often have trouble fining a tie point. Even when there is a tree to tie to, the rope is often a hazard or a nuisance to deal with when walking on shore.This Spike solves it all.I was a little hesitant because of the high price on this. I felt it was a little steep.After receiving the spike, I felt better about the purchase. After putting it to use, I was happy I decided to go for it.The description and photos of this product are lacking.This product is heavy, which is not a problem for me, but may be overkill for a small boat.It is very easy to use, quick to set up/remove and held in place without fail. I had three boats tied to this with bungee anchors off the sterns, the Spike didn't move an inch.This is a very high quality product and will last many lifetimes.I highly recommend this product.

I love this spike. Great for anchoring your boat to the beach. Easy to use. Got a second one for my pontoon so I would have two to keep it from shifting during heavy waves. One will hold my 24ft boat. Just wanted a second one to hold my boat.

The slide spike is really easy to use even in hard rocky shores. I run a hard line from the slide spike to my stern and then the anchor buddy line from my bow to anchor. Boat stays extremely secure. I just ran the same set up and kept my boat in the water for 4 days at Lake Naciemiento in CA and never had to adjust my set up. Highly recommend slide spike with anchor buddy and box anchor 👌🏻

Bought for our 18’ inboard/outboard Rinker. Used it as an additional anchor for the shore. (We have had some previous issues with our boat drifting when anchored near the inlet.) Man! It was simple and substantial! Everyone was asking us where we bought it. You’ve got to get one!

The hammer is built into the handle, so it hammers the spike into the sand easy, and hammers it back out just as easy. It's big, strong, and doesn't budge even in high winds. Don't think you could make it any better.
