Total disappointment/ waste of time and money
I won’t recommend this item firstly because doesn’t have clear instruction or cleaning kit. The suction pipe doesn’t have the necessary length to do the treatment. The machine size is huge comparing with other ones available on the market. After treatment face feels rough

Great machine however the pvc pipe has broken. how can we replace please. struggling to get hold of seller to purchase new one.

Machine broke after one use
Used it once and then it stopped working. Tried to contact seller requesting a new one asap as the return would take some time to process. No response. I have a business to run and this let me down! Shame as it looks a good machine.

Quite large machine
Machine is quite large, although for home use that’s what I wanted to be able to stand it on the floor. Suction is amazing, have to be careful with it. Instructions could be a bit more detailed, such as how often to use etc but all the info for microdermabrasion can be found on YouTube. Only used twice so far, no difference in reduction of lines seen but I’m hopeful after a few more treatments there will be an improvement.
