Marine collagen is great. The options out there for marine collagen are a bit limited, and not super cheap. This definitely works for your nails and hair. Your skin, not so much, imo. But overall a good product.

We all know how important collagen is right. These capsules give a good recommendation of collagen. I like how these are vegetarian capsules. Many over-the-counter items contain silica or silicone, which I am very allergic to. This brand does not contain that. Four capsules is a serving. You get 120 capsules in a bottle which comes out to a 30 day supply. There is no fishy, smell, or fishy taste. The capsules are easy to swallow as well. Definitely recommend.

It's been really hard to find a pescatarian friendly collagen supplement. Most of them have bovine capsules. I'm grateful this one is fish based with a v-cap. I've just started taking it, so I can't swear by results yet, but I'm hopeful!
