Very Effective and Easy to Use
These little case humidifiers were a lifesaver for me! Even though the Oasis Plus series is only recommended when humidity falls below 25%, I found that the regular humidifiers couldn't cut it once humidity dropped into the 30-35% range. I ordered two of these and couldn't be happier. You can either clip them to something or attach them to a magnetic, sticky-backed strip that you can place anywhere inside your guitar case. I keep one in a Planet Waves Humidipak pouch inside the body of the guitar (the Humidipaks didn't work out so well, heh heh), and the other I shift from behind the headstock to further down behind the neck whenever it needs a refill. On the subject of refills, these require distilled water and come with syringes. As others have said, be careful not to overfill them so that the crystals inside don't overflow. After you've filled them, be sure their caps are on tight and let them sit for a minute or so until the liquid has gelled. (The humidifiers will actually take on a bit of a more solid feel when they're ready.) How often you need to refill them will depend on the humidity in the environment, but plan on checking them every 3-4 days to a week to see how they're doing. They'll shrivel more and more as they dry out, or you can keep a hygrometer in the case if you want to be more precise.Overall, these are extremely easy to use and really not as labor-intensive as some people make them out to be. No, you probably can't stick them in your guitar case and walk away for a month, but if you're playing your guitar regularly, it's not inconvenient to check on them when you take it out and refill them when necessary. It takes less than 5 minutes!I've had mine for a year, and no leaks yet! They keep the humidity at a constant 45-55%, so my guitar is happy, and so am I. I definitely recommend them!

perfect
I had originally purchased a different brand that fit between the strings, but it stretched the nylon strings of my classical guutar. I use a gig bag and wasn't sure this would work, but there is plenty of room under the neck. And it does a great job. Easy to fill and easy to see when it needs refilling. It keeps the case at a steady 55%-60% humidity--which in Phoenix isn't easy to do. On the smooth interior fabric surface, the adhesive on the metal plate sticks securely to the bottom of the bag. The magnets in the humidifying tube stick firmly to the metal plate. Couldn't be happier.

Best Instrument Humidifier on the Market
I bought a high end ukulele while I was in Hawaii and noticed that I had to tune it a lot more than I should. I chalked it up to me being new to the instrument and the strings needing time to adjust to the tension. Then I bought this little number to protect the unvarnished Koa wood my Uke is made of and immediately there was a difference. My strings held their notes from the last tuning. I tested it out by removing the humidifier for several hours and checking the strings again, and sure enough the instrument was out of tune. That constant humidity worked wonders, keeping the instrument ready to play. The real seller here is the size of the humidifier and the way the product works. I own a soprano Uke so I basically tried to find a humidifier that would fit in a violin case. When searching through Amazon the reviews for Oasis were always best, and this model in particular advertised a higher humidity rating for drier climates. I live in Kansas, so I went for the higher humidity rating offered by the OH-14. The humidifier is about the size of a standard highlighter or dry erase marker. I clipped mine to the top of a storage compartment inside my case parallel to the instrument, and the clip seems secure enough to hold the humidifier in place while carrying the bag.Even if it slips free, the real selling feature is the way the OH-14 is designed, with an airtight seal containing the water inside the fabric membrane which slowly releases moisture into the case as needed. There are no spills, no wetness to worry about, just a nifty way to humidify a case. And the best part is that as the water is pulled through the membrane it creates a vacuum which causes the humidifier to shrivel so that you know when to refill it. It's too easy and exactly what you want when you have an expensive instrument. Take the guesswork out of protecting your investment. All that, and when you unseal the case you are greeted with the cool moisture laden air trapped inside which lets you know each and every time that your humidifier is doing its job. I would highly recommend this product to all potential buyers. It's a terrific investment.

Works well for guitars in a case
I live in a very dry climate around 0% humidity most of the year, and these help keep my guitars stable while inside of a case. These humidifiers typically need a distilled water refill once or twice a month. Much less if you live somewhere with a bit of humidity. My only real gripe is that it would be cool if they made a larger version that could retain water for a longer period of time. But that would probably make them harder to fit inside a case. Either way these humidifiers are the way to go for a reusable.

Good and easy to use
Works well if a low cost humidifier is what you are looking for. It held all the water well with no drips.

No-leak winter care of instruments
Best ukulele case humidifier I've found. After lots of research on uke forums, I tried these to keep my ukes healthy over the harsh Minnesota winters. I bought more for all my wood instruments! Keeps the humidity in range, according to my callibrated hygrometer, although sometimes I've needed a couple Oasis humidifiers to keep the whole uke happy.

Good but Not Great
It works. It dries out pretty quickly (4 or 5 days) and it is a bit of a pain to use distilled water as directed. But, hey, it's a humidifier that works but just takes a little more work than others.

They do seem to work.
I have used these for years in many of my instrument cases. They work well and need to be checked and filled more often when the furnace is running.
