Nearly as game-changing as MSG
Hey, I saw this on YouTube and thought I'd give it a shot. Man, it was so freaking delicious! You can add it to anything except ice cream, and I bet you'll love it. I tried it on rice noodles, and I couldn't stop eating them. A little goes a long way, and it dissolves super easily and quickly. I've been using MSG in my cooking for years, but this might just replace it as my favorite seasoning.
