brilliant product .very easy to use with excellent results

Disappointing in terms of quality compared to other fondant icing products I have that work in a similar way. I already had a better quality snowflake set, but I was looking for a slightly different 'shape' of the flake for a bit of variety, and so thought I'd give these a try. The largest one in the set has worked ok - I made little gingerbread snowflakes with it rather than icing snowflakes - but the smallest one in the set, when I tried to make little snowflakes out of fondant icing to go on my Christmas cupcakes, consistently failed to produce a snowflake at all. It either refused to release the icing from the unit, no matter what 'tricks' I used to try and persuade it (tricks which work perfectly well with other, much more intricate shapes!) or released a broken shape with 'arms' missing.I wouldn't recommend this particular product - it's cheap, yes, but it shows in the results, and I'll stick to my slightly more expensive alternatives which work every time with no failures!

Rubbish - came from Hong Kong. Spring broke after first use.My fault really, you get what you pay for.Go to proper cookshop - Lakeland or somewhere like that and buy quality.
