I made sure I was outside for both packages and I carried them from the FedEx van each time so I didn't have many damages upon arrival.CONSComes in 2 packages but shows 1 tracking number because term of use (Amazon).Various delays in shipping (FedEx).A few blemishes, dents and breaks in pieces in places not visible once assembled but the packaging was done properly on the sellers part so this is due to (FedEx).Sold as Pemberly Row but is actually Tvilum 6 Drawer Dresser for a higher price.Way too many pieces presumably for even cheaper shipping than already sending an unassembled piece of furniture.Overpriced for amount of parts and steps needed to assemble properly (not to say the quality isn't upper medium level).Overpriced for an unassembled piece of furniture made of lab made wood/particle board.

So my old dresser broke and I got a new TV. Seemed fitting to find a new dresser that could serve two purposes. I ordered a similar dresser a few years ago and liked that so I figured this one should do just fine.The dresser comes in two packages; one for the drawers and the other for the dresser. There's quite a few parts and lots of screws and stuff to put in so assembly will take some time. I put this together in a little over an hour. There will also be tons of Styrofoam bits on the wood and your floor after you're done putting this thing together.The dresser itself seems quite sturdy once put together. I had a crack in the top piece and am working with customer service to resolve that. I only have my TV on top of the dresser so there's not a whole lot of weight to support. Seems sturdy enough for that. The drawers are pretty smooth. There are metal rails, not grooves, for the drawer so that's a plus.Overall, for the price, the quality seems nice and looks good too. Some reviewers have complained about sharp edges. I sanded down the edges of the drawers to resolve that issue. You could also put on some electrical tape too.

This isn’t a bad product by any means. The lack of great directions or any directions at all makes the process monumentally harder to deal with. The product comes in 2 packages, neither of which had directions. They recommend you download BILT and find the directions there. It is immediately confusing. I went straight to YouTube and found a way better video. Things that stood out: There are two sizes in the joint connector nuts but this isn’t said immediately, so you can mistakenly use the wrong size and not be able to build the rest of the product later. Since there are so many parts make sure you have time and take your time because this is an item that you can permanently mess up depending on the type of assembly mistake. Took me 4 hours. The item is very sturdy for me and there is no tip over warning which is a bonus over IKEA so you don’t have to screw it in the wall and you can put heavier stuff on it.

Loved the instructions. The 3D instructions helped alot. It was better than manual. I used the manual to make sure that I was using the correct parts. Before I started, I separated all the parts and went step by step. It's a few things I figured out the easiest way to put together. For example, the locks. When prepping place locks in as required but when it's time to put it together, take the lock out, align all holes, hammer, once boards are tight then put lock inside with open end to insert screw then tighten it. Second thing, with drawers, line it up then push the drawer all the way in then back out,that way it will be in alignment with the hole to screw it in. So far it seems very sturdy. I also loved the reinforced screws for the back & bottom of the drawers. Hope this would help! So far, my son love it.

It’s not even that I’m missing 1 or 2 pieces or something small we can replace, there is literally so much missing. From the manual, tool parts, screws, back board for dresser, the front pieces for the drawers, metal rollers for the drawers to roll out, ALL MISSING. I am so beyond disappointed. I have used amazon for just about anything and everything for years and never has this happened to me. How do you even return something like this? We needed a dresser so bad and the reviews for this were decent so I went ahead and ordered it and I get this piece of crap instead.Update: PLEASE IGNORE ABOVE REVIEW. The package came in 2 separate boxes on different days and I was unaware another package was coming because once the first came, it said delivered on the order status, not that there was a second package still on the way. When the second package came, we(3 of us) put it together with numerous delays having to redo something because we kept messing up. The instructions are the worst they could possibly be, it took 3 hours to set up. It is very sturdy and good quality after full assemble, I just wish it could be a lot easier to set up with less parts.

The dresser is so sturdy and I love it great price definitely worth the money it did come with a lot of parts and did take a while to put together the instructions were a little hard to read but not impossible
