Relief for Sore Muscles
Purchased this foam roller to use after high intensity trainings and weightlifting workouts. It’s JUST what I needed! I bought the XL size (I think) and it works perfect. I specifically enjoy how it soothes my upper thighs after a hard workout. Price point was great and the foam material is very dense and durable. 10/10 would recommend and would purchase again!

works well
got this to message my thighs and calves as I've had issues with cramping and it has helped. having the floor space to use it can be an issue though.

Best roller ive found for daily use
Ive bought 2 of these so i can keep one at my place and one at my girlfriends so i always have it available! Best back roller ive found, just the right amount of give so it doesn’t bruise your back but enough firmness to crack all those nots out of there!! Totally recommend! Two thumbs up!

Hurts my back
This helps relieves my back pain but it hurts it too at the same time. The texture hurts.

Excellent recovery tool
I've been struggling with back pain for some time now and decided to explore some tools to get relief myself and I read a lot of mixed reviews, some saying that this was too firm or poorly constructed, but this is perfect for my needs.I will say that there is a noticeable line where two halves of the cylinder meet, not sure why they mold them that way but it does not appear to affect the utility and you can't feel it either when using it.This roller is what I'd call medium firm. It's not super soft where you'll sink right through it nor is it so hard that it has no give. It's dense enough that if you press hard enough you can indent it with your thumb/finger but not much.I have followed some basic "roll out" recovery videos to learn the basic moves but generally just explored what felt best for my body. I use this regularly to crack my back after evening yoga, just lay down with the roller about shoulder/shoulder blade height with your hands laced behind your head and just exhale and roll up and it releases so much tension.I think this has just the right amount of firmness and texture for the price. Not too overwhelming for a beginner either. Would recommend.

Ahhh, now that’s relief
Purchased another brand that described their roller as soft and it was anything but. Trying to use it caused me so much pain and soreness. I bought this one as a replacement. Once I tried this one out the other one felt like I had been rolling on a brick. Oh my goodness, this is exactly what I was looking for. A very simple tool, but it works wonders. It is dense, but has give and is so helpful for stretching and waking up muscles, as well as, recovery such as working out sore or tight muscles.

Simple, works
This is nothing fancy, it's just a cylinder of foam. It seems to be fairly durable, but if a dog or child chewed on it, it could definitely degrade fairly easily. It seems like it will last a good while if stored properly though, and it feels nice to stretch your back on; recommended.

Ouch
This is actually a good size foam roller and not too slippery on my wood floors. The only problem is that it was described as being medium firm. This is a brick. It's really hard so it takes some getting used to, and might not provide the relief you were hoping for if you are sensitive or in real pain.
