I bought this as a starter kit for my 16th at old son and it’s been a fantastic purchase. The guitar is very nice quality, and comes with a set of extra strings. 3 picks, and a strap. It also comes with a very nice quality amp, that sounds like a high quality amp.This setup is the best value for a beginner setup I’ve found. If you’re looking for a beginner setup or just a nice guitar to sit around and pick, don’t pass this deal. For the money you will NOT find a better value. Would definitely buy again!

Kid plays this almost every single day as he learns to play the classics. Sweet little amp setup, when he’s up in his room I can hear him, but it isn’t overly obnoxious.

DisclaimerI have zero experience with guitars therefore my feedback may be simply intoxicated with ignorance. I am writing this review just because I’m happy with the product as well as service.GuitarBeautiful body, glossy and smooth finish. Decent tuning pegs. Comes with extra set of strings, a capo and three picks. Has a wooden bridge with structural support inside the body. Comes with a pick guard. Now, I am no expert at what makes a guitar better than other - but I feel it has relatively higher action on the picking hand more than fretboard. It has a struss rod for adjustment (comes with Allen Key) but I am not going to mess with it until I know what I’m doing. Comes with an OK-quality belt which might be the first thing you’d like to change. It’s has inlay-ed fretboard markers on the face as well as on the side. All the edges around the guitar and the neck are smooth and don’t cause discomfort. You’d need a 9-volt battery to put in the guitar when connecting to the amplifier. It comes with a tuner but I am still fiddling with tuning and find it frustrating - not sure if it’s the guitar, tuner, strings, or my own self. Specifically finding g-string seems to be most challenging. Just running my fingers over the strings reveals some bumps like they were caused by pressing against the fretboard and rosette. Another thing i observed was the uneven spacing between strings on the bridge end.AmplifierPretty simple to use and had great quality with basic features. Not bad for the bucks. Has a mic input (doesn’t come with microphone). Doesn’t run on battery so needs power source. Good for indoor small group.CaseThe case was DIRTY like it had a splash of dirty water or something. Very basic construction with an okay quality materials. The case is good only for carrying the guitar; would not trust against water, temperature or external pressure. Has a decent size pocket to store small gadgets. Comes with two straps to wear as a backpack.PackageWas delivered couple of days before scheduled. Very happy and excited to receive it before time. The package had a deep hole on one side. Upon opening, I found one of the tuning ports damaged. Upon lodging the complaint, the manufacturer sent the replacement within 4 days in a big box that contained a separate smaller carton for amplifier, a guitar case with guitar inside, and a plastic ziplock for other accessories. Guitar and amplifier were covered with soft water proof plastic wrap.Bottom LineGreat value for the price makes it the best gift. Certainly not the best guitar out there but good for beginners and kids with lesser sense of responsibility. Functional Flaws defines it’s short life and warrants a better quality product. A beautiful show piece for the wall if nothing else.

I bought this guitar for my younger brother. I was skeptical but it had al the components he wanted. The Capo, the amplifier and the price was reasonable.Surprisingly fast shipping considering the times we are going thru.Out of the box, the guitar was stunning. Love the paint job and the weight of the guitar.We did some testing and of course we tuned the guitar. Once tuned the guitar was very easy to play. Sound quality... not the best but you get what you pay for. It still plays nice though and I think is great for beginners.The amplifier was a little more challenging but we got it to work. The trick is to remove the plastic that is covering the battery on the guitar. Is a brand new battery and the plastic cover ensures the battery doesn't drain... I guess.So check your guitar, find the battery compartment and remove the plastic. Connect it to your amplifier and it should work.Once again, quality not the greatest and it only amplifies the guitar sound a bit.Overall, I think this was a good buy. Great for a beginner. Easy to play and light weight.I don't recommend this for intermediate to advance players.We've had this guitar for about 2 weeks so if things change I'll update this review.Hope this helps :)

Best beginner guitar for the money. I purchased this to begin learning guitar through “Guitars for Vets” and it has worked fabulously!

This guitar achieves very decent performance for getting back into playing guitar. The finish and quality is not of a very expensive guitar but the sound exceeded my expectation for a guitar at that price range. The little tuning « gadget » works but it does not stay on its base. That does not take away any of the value of that guitar with all the accessories provided at a very competitive price. You can not go wrong with that guitar if you wish to learn, practice and play guitar in a casual manner.

The color of the guitar is beautiful. A beginner product. The sound quality is good comes with extra guitar strings when the ones on the guitar wear out, the amp is pretty good as well , can adjust the volume, bass ect.. comes with a belt for attacking to the guitar and for you wear, picks to use in case you don't want to strum using your fingers, a carrying case to keep guitar in the travel with handle, (no strap available) would have been a plus to wear on shoulder, a string tuning is very helpful for getting the right sound for playing beautiful tunes. Highly affordable for what's included. I would buy again.
