Not a perfect fit, but a good product.
Update: Our dog has been really rough on this harness over the past few months. She pulls fiercely at the sight of other dogs. We’ve been on many hikes. She swam in it. She goes to the dog park with it. I’ve used the handle to pick her up a number of times. The harness is showing some minor signs of wear, but it is not compromised anywhere important (mostly the trim has come loose in some places). Overall, the durability seems great and at has been a wonderful harness for us.Additionally, we’ve learned to put the front ring to better use (run the leash between the front legs, maybe this is obvious...).Bumping this product up from a 4* to a 5*.So far so good. We’ve put about 100 miles on this harness now. It doesn’t fit perfectly on our pup, but works well enough. She seems comfortable in it and it gives us better control of her. As well, I should clarify it has not been a gentle 100 miles, so I would rate this harness as pretty sturdy (she ripped through the last one in nothing flat). I should also note that the reflectors, while we’ve had limited use for them, are very good at their job. The locks on the buckles sometimes trigger without being fully in place, making it sometimes difficult to get off. As well, they can be deactivated pretty easily by our dog rolling or running into something. But, again we have had limited use for them, so no real complaint there. The following issues may be user error or due to the “not-quite-there fit”. When using the front ring, it tends to just cause the harness to go lopsided and cause the leash to block her front leg. Our dog then just limps along with her leg blocked up. When using the back ring, the back of the harness tends to fold up noticeably before putting pressure on her chest to pull her back. I tightened the neck a bit, so this can be seen in the second picture (notice where the back has arched up a bit). My main concern with this is it may cause the harness to wear out faster.I should also note that this harness was well priced compared to many in the medium size. Many of the harnesses I looked at got noticeable more expensive for any size other than a large.

A good harness for a good price
Edit: Got a second harness for my other dog. Very reflective, works great----Pros: I love that the buckles can lock in place. It's feels nice and secure. I love the chest piece is nice and wide, as I use the harness with a dog seat-belt. My dog seems comfortable wearing it. Normally, I don't walk my dog in a harness, but I did for the sake of seeing how it handled, and it seemed pretty good to walk a dog in. Been using it for about a month, taken my dog for walks, hikes, and plenty of car rides in it with no problems.Cons: It's a bit difficult to get adjusted properly, due to how the straps are sewn in, but once adjusted properly, the straps stay put. And that's really all I have for cons.Overall, a good harness. Works well. If you're looking for a decent, sturdy harness for a good prince, then this is the one you want.

This harness is easy to put on but it's heavy
Our 3-month old Grt Pyr x puppy is a big girl but was kind of in-between sizes. I ended up trying both the small and medium. I kept the medium. It's a little big but she will grow into it (probably by next week!). The halter is easy to put on since your dog doesn't have to step into it but it is really heavy. Our pup tends to get over-heated very easily so I will probably only use it in the car as a safety halter. I wanted to find something that would make our walks easier since she is a "puller". At this point, the front D-ring was so low that the leash kept getting tangled in her legs and the halter skewed to the side when she did pull. It did reduce some of the pulling so I think we are on the right track. Overall, at this point, I would recommend this halter. It appears to be a quality product and very sturdy. I'll get this updated after we have had it for a while.

Durable
I've used this harness for 5 years now for my previous dog and my current one. I just bought a new one to replace the old one. I absolutely recommend this for any dog owner looking for something affordable and good quality.

If you love your pup & don’t want to lose him...
If you love your little pup & you don’t want him to escape on you next time he/she lunges for a rabbit or squirrel, you will purchase a harness for him.Especially if you are sick of collars & always worried his collar is choking him. This harness in particular is ideal because not only is it the appropriate size for a toy poodle, but it’s adjustable, & very easy to put on.I had purchased a different harness at first & was saddened that it didn’t fit & wasn’t adjustable or stretchy in the least.I did not have that issue with this harness. So far, no issue at all.If I had to complain about something, I’d say I cannot leave this on my pup day in and day out because as he maneuvers throughout the home all day, it appears like it will dig into him & although he has not expressed any dissatisfaction while wearing it, as his family member, I constantly worry, & since I love him, I just want to make sure he is always comfortable. But this indeed is the ideal harness. I’m very happy with it & it has already paid for itself in the stress & worry I would have had had I not bought it at all.I love it & it looks adorable on him!☺️The handle on the back also serves as a nice little harness for his favorite toy stuffed animal to join us for walks!🥰
