Justice League Alex Ross Series 1 The Flash Action Figure

The figure showed up in the box looking mostly as expected. I'm glad I checked out some reviews though. The image for this figure is the original sculpt...not the one that is sent! This image shows a confident Barry Allen face, the figure has an almost unsure slightly dopey smirk with unsure eyes. Also the sculpting on the legs makes it so you have to position him in the running pose shown. Coloring was a dull light red, not the vibrant bold red shown. I repainted what I didn't like...& now I love it.

I love this series of alex ross figures, especially the superman and bizzaro figures. Ths figure follows those with a great likeness to the comic book image. My only complaint is this figure's leg setup, he is made to stand as if he is running, which looks cool when he acctually stands, but because of the lack of pegs for his right leg he has a tendancy to fall over very easily, or just not stand at all. Still a great looking figure, though, just don't plan on posing him up with the others.

This was something my son has been waiting for since Christmas. He was finally happy to get it. He loves it! We didn't however love the wait for it!
