Better used for non-pizza, in my opinion
I made a BBQ chicken and mushroom pizza (sue me) with this and it was outstanding (for a keto dish). If I had to rate it against a regular pizza I like to bake, I'd give it maybe 2-3 stars, but I have high standards and this was well beyond edible; it even eked into good/great for "diet food." I prefer a soft, slightly chewy crust and this just isn't it, so add another star for contrasting preference.THAT SAID, this dough, being stupidly easy to mix and make, makes a FANTASTIC flatbread (not like Persian naan {soft/felexible}, but like the Italian appetizer {more like pita chips}). For a keto friendly entre appetizer for a family, this makes a fantastic choice (olive oil glaze, onions, etc. with toppings to style), or, if you happen to like the crispier variety of pizzas, I would recommend cutting it Sicilian style, as it cracks rather easily and a long, triangular slice will likely fall apart; no enormous NYC style slices of this, that's for sure. All told, it was surprisingly good, if not precisely what I expected.

Disappointing
I love the Paleo version of this product, but the Keto version is not good. It was thick, heavy, no flavor, just very disappointing. The Paleo version is the best paleo/gluten free dough I've come across.

I appreciate the effort but the flavor is off
I really appreciate the effort of trying to produce a low carb pizza crust mix for those who eat low carbs, like myself who is a diabetic and is tired of feeling guilty every time I eat pizza, my favorite all-time food. But the flavor... it’s weird. I can’t really describe how. But it’s just not that good. And once I made the pizza, cooked it, was eating it, the slices fell apart as I was trying to pick them up.Again, thanks for the effort, but I probably won’t buy again. Sorry.

Decent but not great.
We like that we can have a guilt free option for pizza. This doesn’t taste super great but it is one of the best options while doing keto. There is a slight gritty taste from the crust. This is also not cost effective.

Pricey and not very tasty
I think it might be better not used as a pizza dough. It taste like a grain cracker that crumbles a little in the middle. It wasn't terrible by any means but very expensive for what you get and doesn't work well as a pizza substitute.

Pizza !pizza!
Pizza is a love of mine, and I was reluctant to give it up. I'm always concerned that no carb or low carb substitutes are going to taste weird, this one doesn't. I actually cut the recipe down since I would be the only one eating the pizza and was able to make a single serving. The crust crisps up wonderfully and can absolutely hold its own with toppings. It has a whole wheat note to it, so if you are not familiar or used to the flavor the crust will have a sweetness to it. Again it is only supposed to make 1 large or medium pizza, but you can definitely cut the recipe down and make multiple personal pies.
