Read through instructions first before instaling
The over all impression of this cover is very positive. Compared to my previous tonneau cover, the cover is much sturdier. My previous one only had a vinyl cover. I also like how it retracts into its own cover. The downside is that the cover does take up a little space. I also foresee having to use caution when loading items into the bed of the truck. Installation was tedious but not difficult. I strongly recommend thoroughly studying the instructions before beginning installation. I used all seven self tapping screws for the end gate lock rail but needed to remove two of them when I found out I needed them to lag down the housing unit. The instructions clearly showed using only five of the seven for the tail gate rail. The housing is rather heavy and my wife could not lift her end high enough to set it on the bed rails. Fortunately my son was visiting so I used him. RNL does have a installation video and I strongly recommend watching it. One complaint I have is the explanation for not using the tailgate rail was never clear. All in all I am very satisfied with the purchase but if you self install, take your time.

Great product! Beware of possible shipping dents.
Installed the cover on a 2016 Chevy 2500 with a Line-X bed liner.Easy check out and fast shipping by seller, five stars there.Roll-N-Lock actually has a great installation video on their website for the cover. And I would highly recommend watching the video before installation as the instructions provided are pictures without text explanations and I could see them being confusing to someone who hasn't watched the video.Installation of the cover takes much more finesse and patience than what's shown in the online video. Specifically where the side rails meet the locking rail on the tailgate. I'm thinking the spray in liner could be a reason why it was so difficult, but can't say for certain.Only peeve is that when I opened the box to install the cover, there were a few dents on it. I couldn't say where along the way the dents occurred, but they're there and they're kind of annoying to look at for a high priced item. I didn't bother trying to ship it back and wait for a new one, as I needed to secure items in my truck and figured, lesson learned. In retrospect, it's a great cover and I would totally recommend buying one to anyone looking. However, with the time it took to install myself and the annoyance of having to stare at the dents every time I open and close the cover; if I were to do it again I would spend the extra money and buy it from an auto shop with professional install.

Never Again...
I bought the Roll N Lock A - Series for my 2018 Chevy Silverado. It got delivered fine, even though it's exactly 96lbs. So I spent a lot of time watching the install videos, carried the heavy thing out to the truck and went to work. After cutting the holes in the spray on bedliner, attaching all the brackets, I finally lay on and attach the canister. I look for the side rails and they are not there. Completely missing one of the main components that the cover slides along. So I thought maybe, somehow, that they are in the canister laying long ways, to conserve shipping space. So I start to pull out the cover, and they are definitely not there. But that's not the worst part. The worst part is that the bed cover is not even the A-Series that was listed, and that I paid for. It was the M-Series. I bought the one that is metal powder coated, but they sent me the vinyl covered one which I specifically did not order, or even want for that matter. So you are taking your chances ordering a Roll N Lock. And I can't begin to tell you what a nightmare returning this thing is. You might as well hang up that idea. There are far more companies to order a very similar cover, for almost half the price. And I'm not talking about the cheap tri fold vinyl covers, I mean ones just like this, if you look on Amazon. That's what I plan on doing. Too much trouble to gamble on what you might get, for the price they charge.

2011 Chevy Silverado
So as others mine came bent and we just decided to bend it back in place as I need this in a few days to move across country. For the price I expected a better value. But once installed which was not easy it looks nice. Make sure you decide prior to putting the rails on if you want to use the optional part for the tail gate. If you don’t want to use it you will have to pull the rails off and switch the locking plates out. But it looks nice and locks well and I’m sure will come in handy during my move.

Great product great service
I have a Chevy silverado 2500. I installed the roll n lock e-series by myself, it was a little difficult but it wasn't terrible probably took me around 4hrs to complete (Water breaks included). After install I noticed the motor would was only working one way. I called the company and they took care of the situation immediately! I am very happy with my purchase. The convenience of having a cover that is automatic cannot be overstated. The install was simple reference the youtube video it's much more detailed then the included instructions. The companies service is spectacular.

beware when washing truck, water will get inside
the cover is ok, not great. my only gripe with it is when you wash your truck, the water will get in. so if you have tools in the back of your truck, make sure they're in a tightly secure tool boxes

The only bed cover better than this, is my ex girlfriend and her best friend, involved in a vodka induced game of naked twister
Those two girls could cover the bed with great enthusiasm!!Easy to install and a well made product. Customer support was excellent (the chimp who packed the screws and attachments, left out 2 important pieces), but we picked up the items right away. Reportedly, the young lady whom works at RnL is quite a looker. Anyway, this item seals the bed well and actually seems to be as tight as a frogs' ass when it comes to intruding water (the manufacturer does not claim a watertight seal). Two hours to install, including reading the instructions several times, AND watching the online installation videos. Two people are required - i had a one armed, slow adult assisting me - he wasn't as much help as i would have liked. RTFI and you wont have an issue with installation. (Comment if you need to know what the acronym RTFI means).

Not worth the money
It's a very nice cover if it wasn't broken and missing parts they gave me a reduced price on the broken and missing parts I would have liked the missing parts I've had it on the truck for a few months and I thought it was a temporary problem but it turns out one of the latches aren't catching and the cover is opening

Nice and good over all quality
I like the tonneau cover but it was a bit more difficult to instal than anticipated as I had difficulty removing SS rails the previous owner had installed. I’m not sure if the cover has moved, I will need to have a closer look but it does not stay completely shut on the last latch. I can update later when I have time to have a closer look to fix it.
