I loved this poster bed. The material was heavy-duty and well made! My only note is that there were a few marks about 1" long on top of 2 of the 4 end posts but the price was GREAT!

Very difficult to get refund on bed.
The color was not what I wanted. My house burned down and someone gave me a bedroom suit. I'm still trying to get the return authorization and tracking numbe in order to the seller to the seller. L have left voice messages for cymax to return my call for this information and amazon is very hard to report this to even after filing the complaint. All I need is the return auth number and trackiing number which I'm still trying to get.

Beautiful but came with scratches
Very beautiful. It did come with some scratches on one of the balls and the foot board. Very heavy and sturdy furniture.
