I Like the energy i get from this product. I use this product as my daily vitamins.

I read the chart, and there are only 3 ingredients that are extracts. That means MORE NATURAL! If i have a day where i feel the need to take more, i just add to my daily regimen. No more breaking pills in half; LOVE IT!

Take this product with FOOD unless you like puking your guts out. If you are on Warfarin (blood thinner rare now) the Vitamin K contained in this product will reduce the effectiveness of that blood thinner. Consult your Physician BEFORE use. If you are on Eliquis there are no interactions with that drug's effectiveness. Still be careful if you have food allergies read the label and consult with your doctor if you are unsure (bring the bottle with you). I take three of the capsules in the morning with breakfast and the last three with dinner. Yes the dose is 6 caplets a day! Product does not contain Iron.

I started taking Alive (about 20??) years ago after reading a book by Kevin Trudeau where he emphasized the value of taking a WHOLE FOOD SUPPLEMENT every day. His words really resonated with me so one day on my lunch break I headed to Junas, our town's only little whole food's store which I had never been to before on a mission to find a whole foods supplement with absolutely no idea what I was doing, lol, lol.I found Alive on the shelf and have been a huge fan ever since.At that time I was the office manager for a local charity and was so pleased with the results I was getting from my Alive that I started handing it out to my secretarial staff, who also grew to love it:)Back then, I could only find it at Junas, but over the next several years I began to see them popping up for sale at our local CVS and grocery stores. I like this product is not too hard to gag down. It’s capsules. They taste a little bit chocolatey. You’re supposed to take six a day which is ridiculous. I take three or four. I don’t get sick generally while I’m using these. if I stop or take a break, I may.That aside, my comment is on price. I’ve been paying $11.61 for these every month for eternity and today they offered these Alice Max6 at 40% off For the one time, Lucky price of …..$11.61. They changed the packaging, so it must be worth doubling the price right?I’m just wondering how stupid they think we are, you can pretend to give 40% off and charge the regular price. I’m sure it’s just another price gouge looming and I will look for different vitamins. My vitamins are my last luxury, so this is depressing.

I recommend this product for anyone looking for a health boost. I appreciate that it comes packed with 90 capsules, enough supply for a considerable period. Not to mention the active B-12 and folate for energy metabolism. I also can't overlook the high potency B-vitamins that play a crucial role in overall wellness. All in all, an optimal choice for a multivitamin.

For the price and supposed features, these are my go to multi vitamins. I have alway used Alive products and haven't been steered wrong yet. These are the 6 a day capsules but have also enjoyed the 1 and 3 a day max potencies as well. Very fast consistent shipping as well.
