Home Health Nursing: Assessment and Care Planning

With alll the changes coming for 2020 through CMS our care plans needed to be tightened up. Much more specific than what we have in our program we are using. It’s been years since I had wrote old school care plans. This book is just what I needed. Money well spent ! If your doing care plans you need this book!

Nice, great information to have at your fingertips

IT is helpful when charting, but lacks many NANDA diagnoses.

Seems to be more nursing diagnosis for home health than anything else. I was hoping for more info on home health nursing in general as a newbie RN to this field - although I have worked in a hospital setting for 20 years. Not really helpful for an experienced RN
