Reliance 10 Gallon 6 10 SOMSK Electric Water Heater, White

Went through 2 of these bad boys before I got one to work, UPS needs a note saying its fragile I guess. Had this one in for a few months now, waters hot, works like it should.Update: Been almost a year, this thing is still chugging along. Good deal.

This water heater has been in our 5th wheel Trailer now for over a year. It has done well. The dimensions were critical when I bought it and they were right on the money. It has done a wonderful job for us. Very happy with the whole process. Arrived timely and in good condition. No problems. Happy.

Opened up today and found large dent in the top. Package was a repackaged box. We took pictures before unpacking and it does show the dent in the top. If anything can be done, or do we return? Please let us know. Thanks

Plumbed this into water lines under the far end of our ranch home; kitchen, guest bath, and it has worked great to boost provide ready hot water until the main hot water heater flow reaches this part of the house. Have had it installed for 3 years now and really like it.

We love it. We have a solar water heater and really don't need one most of the time, but this winter we had too many cloudy days so we had no hot water. We ordered this, hubby installed it and we are never out of hot water. Works great!

The water heater arrived with a large dent. Interestingly, the shipping container did not look similarly damaged so I suspect it happened at the factory. I don't know whether the dent would have impacted functionality but I was not willing to take the chance of having to replace it after the hassle of getting it installed in a very tight space.So, I called Reliance, as per the instructions. The Reliance phone support person was rather abrupt, saying that they sold through dealers/installers, had no relationship with Amazon and would not support it. There was no "hey, we know Amazon sells them and this is what you should do" rather, she seemed kind of annoyed that I bought it through Amazon. Given this attitude, I could not recommend anyone buy a Reliance water heater through Amazon. Who knows what you would do if it failed a month after installation? Will Amazon make good on the warranty?I sent this one back to Amazon and found a Rudd water heater locally at about the same price. It was easy to return the damaged Reliance water heater to Amazon - no complaints at all there.

well when it arrived uni thg was dented but people needed it so I took the chance and put it in their Fifthwheel anyway no leaks which was great hot water is great theyre Happy this is the first time that onr was dented i texted suppliers and sent pictures there was no packing in box to protect the shipment must have been a mistake when shipping but the tanks are great hot water tanks work great recover fast will buy again I hsve one in my toyhauler myself love the product

Great Hot water heater. 10 Gallons is all I need. OK for a shower, bath, dishes or laundry. Just don't do them all at the same time. Why pay more?Installation was a snap.
