Great Teapot
My experience using this Teapot has been great. Solid, Not heavy ( even when filled ). Filter/strainer is good quality and easy cleaned. Pouring is fine, no dripping as some have said. Just needs you to do a steady pour. I tested it first with cold water, as some reviews had stated it dripped or overshot the cup. It was great to have tea as it used to be, without the bags. Bought some Yorkshire Loose Tea and enjoyed the aroma and taste of bygone days. Also purchased a Tea Cosy for the Teapot, which meant I did not have to continually boil the kettle, as you do with teabags. Love the fact I can get lots of cuppas from the pot, using the Tea Leaves, rather than throwing a tea bag away each time. Highly recommended.

On the heavy side, but is a good teapot :)
It is very heavy when full - you'll need both hands to pick it up and pour out of this teapot... but then, I was wanting a chunky and big (big enough for 3 big mugs of tea) teapot, so I can't really complain.Pros:The lid stays in place well when tipped to pour.Big enough for 3 big mugs of tea.Lovely traditional design. The infuser is of very good quality - it clicks on, is big, does not allow even the fine tea leaves to escape, and is long enough so you can make just one cup of tea for yourself, too (which is a major thing as a lot of big teapots are designed without taking into account that sometimes people only need to make one cup of tea for themselves) !Con:It's heavy - but then, it's a big and chunky teapot so I should've expected that.Overall: Very happy with the purchase :)

Nice big teapot
I sadly broke my 10 cup teapot and this was the biggest one I could get. It is a slightly different and uglier shape and colour to the picture but it never shows as it is always under a teacosy! It pours well and the lid always stays on because of a natty little device on the metal infuser, which is what you want in a teapot. The infuser is metal not plastic so gold star for the company! I miss the little knob on the front of the pot to hold onto when pouring from a heavy pot so 4 stars. The teapot arrived safely as it was well packaged without plastic so overall an excellent purchase.

A good brown teapot
It's a brown teapot. Not made in London though (designed in London). Spout does not drip and the infuser is good solid metal.I use it every day
