Defective and horrible customer service
We were excited at first about the quality for the price. Then we realized that it only worked on the charger. After multiple emails with automatic responses and calls to the service number, we set up a return. They did not send a prepaid label and we could not get an answer on how to get one since it was defective. It wasn’t like we just changed our minds and didn’t want it. I sent it with the paperwork they did provide and paid for the shipping on my own. It was $18. I received my refund approval email today and they added $1 for return shipping. ONE DOLLAR! It was defective and I deserve the remaining $17 for shipping. By far my worst experience with a third party seller on Amazon. I need to pay more attention and make sure I am only ever purchasing from Amazon directly and that the item ships from Amazon and has their return policy.

Limited use
Chromebook is in excellent condition and works well, BUT you can not update the OS, nor can you download most programs due to the out dated OS. If all you need is something that is light to Web surf, watch most Videos and MAYBE use Google Docs, then this is a good deal. If you're a hacker, you MIGHT be able to install Linux and have a great little machine. Waht do you want for under a Hundred bucks.

Awesome awesome awesome. Packaged extremely safe. A got a brand new laptop with no scratches or anything super nice shape. I love it. For what I need it for it does great. For the price I had low expectations. I’m literally going to buy another one just for my son.

Fairly prompt service
The charger on the initial laptop shipment was bad.Called service number on laptop.You have to leave a message.They got back with me the next day.Immediately shipped out a new charging unit.Laptop appearance is as new.
