Q: Is there a 10 gallon rechargable sprayer available?

This 10 gallon system is connected directly to my mower battery which is being recharged by running engine.

Q: Does this have to be hooked up to a battery?

yes it operates on 12 volts, it comes with cables to connect to battery. I use mine on an ATV and connect to the ATV battery with alligator clips that are supplied.

Q: Can it be used with concrete sealers? Are there extra long hoses that can be put on it?

I wouldn't recommend using sealer even if it is the consistency of water because unlike weed/insect spray it will gum up the mechanism. Cleaning it would be a major task and you would have to do it immediately!
