Nordic WarePro Cast Original Bundt Pan, 12 Cup, Grey

I ordered this to replace another bundt pan where any cake I made would stick to the pan no matter how well I greased it beforehand. I’m happy to say that when I made a cake in my new Nordic Ware pan, it released perfectly. Definitely worth buying the Nordic Ware brand to get the high quality. The price is right too.

I used this to make a sushi cake & it was the perfect shape. It’s nonstick, heavy duty, & easy to clean. A little pricier than other bundt pans but it’ll definitely last me a lifetime.

Have not used Nordic ware in the past. I wanted a Bundt pan and found that Nordic has a patent on the design. I prefer aluminum pans from Fat Dadio and cast iron from Lodge. I do purchase from others when not offered. This pan is very heavy for its size and the coating looks to be quite substantial. I have not used it yet so cannot comment on the non-stick quality.

I like the fact that it is so solid and well made. The only quibble I have is that the information with it says not to use non stick baking spray on it. Otherwise it has worked great and I would have given it five stars. With a buttered surface it was virtually nonstick

Easy to use, doesn’t burn items, maintains heat. Cleans easily.
