WhittardTea Decaffeinated Breakfast Tea 50 Traditional Teabags (WHITTARD Decaf English Breakfast 50 Traditional Teabags with an Elegant spoon)

So before you think I just dislike this tea and wanna take it out on them, I would like to take a second to say that this is one of the best breakfast teas you can get (in america). It has a rich, slightly sweet taste. But I've only been able to brew like 3 cups of tea with it, the rest of them just float in my cup and never brew. I've tried staring them and squishing them against the side, but nothing works. If anyone knows why this is happening please let me know.
