My 4 year olds favorite book. Even going as Beowulf for holloween

The illustrations are great like any Usbourne book.. it was short.. the kids liked the story but even they ( 7,9) wished it was longer.. but definitely a great way to introduce Beowulf to kids :)

My son loved the story and the illustrations. In 70pages the story is well told and illustrated and has monsters and a brave night and dragon - material good to grab the attention of kids.

We love this book. I'm so glad I bought it. There are exciting illustrations on each page which is great for a kid who is into battles and war. My son loves Beowulf and I'm happy to say this is a really great translation which is easy enough for a kid to read and comprehend.
