they work great
they are a generic gel pad, I guess you call it.but to make them work longer and stick better, get a tube of "electrode gel"put it on each pad and rub it around then put on your body and you feel about 3 x the power out of the machine.great product!!! will buy again when I need more!!! this is saved in my "list"

Way too sticky
When replacing the old worn-out pads I tried to apply these from each side to see which worked better. They were very sticky on both sides and hard to work with. Peeling off the blue strip was the easy way but both peel back off fairly easily once applied. I spread them very thoroughly and waited before use but they don't last long compared to originals. I might be doing it wrong but this is kind of annoying.

These do not stick at all. It wouldn’t steady on for the full first use. Complete waste of money. I do not recommend.

Just what I was hoping for
Easy to use and you get a lot for the money. I have used them more than one use as long as I place the plastic peel back on the product. Comfortable and fits my ab and arm stimulator perfectly. Just like the original gel pads that came with my ab stimulator. Will be ordering again
