I must say, I'm enjoying the maple 🍁 syrup smell and I do notice some plumpness on my breast, even though I'm working out. Will continue to purchase

I love these supplements. i bought these because i hated the way i smelled postpartum! day 2 i immediately smelled like maple syrup. it also helps with milk production. Take 2 with a meal and it’s easy to swallow. does not hurt my stomach either. size of the capsules are great too. i think price is good for what you are getting. this is my fourth bottle!

The product looked a little sketchy when it arrived, but it does work. I bought this product strictly for the increase of milk supply. I received the product a day late . I started taking the Fenugreek on Sunday around 1 PM and my milk doubled by Monday at 9 PM. Before I started taking Fenugreek I was only pumping 1oz each breast and now I’m pumping 3oz each breast.The pills do smell like maple syrup and they’re easy to swallow. A lot of the reviews said that when you start taking them, you will start smelling like maple syrup… I’ve only been taking them for two days and I don’t smell like maple syrup yet.

The media could not be loaded. First let me start by saying that I am not new to fenugreek. I have taken fenugreek in the pill form for about 4 yrs off and on. I initially started taken them to increase my bust size. Long story short, they worked. However, you cannot just take them and expect a miracle. My boyfriend contributed to the cause with the help of breast manipulation (use your imagination). He also claimed to have gotten/tasted milk at times (no I wasn't/am not pregnant) so keep that in mind. I stopped taking them because after a while I felt like the quality of the pills changed with Nature's Way and my breast were up a full cup size...and full. Nature's Way "new" pills had a chemical smell and taste to them and I just didn't trust it. Even the scent of maple syrup stopped coming from my body when I would sweat or urinate. That's when I decided to stop buying from that company all together.Fast forward to now...November 6th I decided to start taking them again...for obvious reasons and because they have other great benefits such as circulation and hair growth. I discovered this particular brand of fenugreek from a review left on TikTok (go figure). She was so stoked that she smelled like syrup that I decided to give this brand a try. So I placed my order and my pills arrived on the 7th. I took 3 (easy to swallow) pills at once (I've always just taken them all at one time) with a full glass of water. If you're just starting out, follow the directions on the bottle. About 5 hours later, I noticed my urine already started to smell like MS...definitely a sign that your body is absorbing the pills. Today is the 12th and the reason for my review... last night after "sexy" time with my man he immediately says to me, "you started taking your fenugreek again...I can smell it...nice!" So at 3 pills a day for 6 days my whole body is giving off a maple syrup smell (which some people like). This is a way better product than Nature's Way. You're getting less pills for the price with this company, but it's so worth it for the results. I'll take quality over quantity any day.

Not sure if I notice any difference yet. I smell syrup when I take the pill but not afterwards. I’ll post update once I know more

I’ve been using VH Nutrition Fenugreek for a while now. The value for money is good, and it’s easy to use. My energy levels are okay, but I’ve noticed a bit of bloating, which is something to consider. I haven’t had any pain issues, so I can’t speak to the pain relief benefits, but strength-wise, it seems fine. Overall, it’s decent, but the bloating is something I’m keeping an eye on.

I was diagnosed with fibroids a week ago and sent home with pain killers and nothing more to help me manage the pain once the pills were done. I was in intense pain from the cramps and I knew this was something I would have to learn to manage in my own since fibroids don’t just go away. I was so relieved because I didn’t want to become dependent on pain killers. I continued to take it everyday as recommended for a week and now I barely feel any pain or discomfort with the cramps and I can go back my daily activities. My urine did gradually begin to smell sweeter like maple but it’s not unpleasant or strong and honestly the least of my concerns. I’m just happy this works. The pill size is fine, easy to swallow, no flavor. I recommend this for women suffering with fibroids as a natural pain killer and will continue to purchase 10/10
