I was very easy to install since we were replacing one of the exact brand and all the plumbing was the same as our old one.

Replaced a similar sized Rinnai with this Rheem. The Rheem is smaller, quieter and does a much better job than the Rinnai. I'm hoping that parts, repairs & maintenance will be easier with a traditional manufacturer like Rheem.Instructions were clear and it made things easier.

Bad quality. Bad service We purchased 2 because we have 2 units one worked perfectly fine the second unit the first day that we were going to use it , the ignition and the 2 bundle were damaged. We try to contact the company but nobody contact us back . We had to buy a new one at Home Depot

The media could not be loaded. It’s a minuscule problem, but for an expensive purchase and let alone purchasing two tanks that came with the same dents upon arrival is kind of annoying. It’s tedious because I will hear it from the property owner complaining about dents on a brand new tank.

Came to me with water in it must of been a return. The front cover is damaged with a dent. Was missing the power cord that the instructions said it came with but it didn’t. Didn’t see used in the description.

Dented and wires damaged

I had this unit fail on me after 11 months. It was installed properly, and to city code / checked and certified (new home build)It is rated "freeze proof to -30" degrees, which is not the case. It ruptured in 25 degree weather and the company is refusing warranty claiming "freeze" is not covered, but directly advertises the product as freeze proof to -30.

Rheem tankless water heater are poor products, They should not create outdoor tankless water heater if they can't abide with their ads. This was a problem for all States experiencing cold weather and freezing temperature. definitely my neighbors and I concluded to not recommend Rheem products.
