Sure they're fine if your head has 3 preamp tubes and not 4 like mine.
My Marshall head has 4 preamp tubes so I returned these and bought 4 matched preamp and 4 matched power tubes separately.

Great tubes
JJ tubes are pre-selected, burned-in and matched. I've used them for years, extremely reliable and sound excellent. I've used brands cheaper and more expensive, but these seem to be the best-not just for the price!
