Muzzle Cover/Muzzle Cap (RED) 5-Pack

Fits snug on A1 and A2 birdcage flash suppressors. Although I didn't test it, it would not surprise me if this muzzle cap was water tight. Will keep your rifle clear of barrel obstructions when hunting on rainy days, muddy days or dense brush. If a target of opportunity appears you don't have to waste time removing the cap before engaging. Just aim in and pull the trigger. The muzzle cap will safely clear the barrel. Although the red color stands out and makes your rifle look airsoft-ish it's still no guarantee that you'll remember to remove muzzle cap when you arrive at the range. You can shoot through that 5 pack pretty quick when you're not paying attention. Thank The Tactical Medic that they're inexpensive! ;-)

These are the same type of muzzle covers that some of the army's Arms Rooms keep in stock, except they're red instead of black. They fit over most muzzle devices and are very easy to install and remove quickly... I like them because I can easily spot them at a glance. I install them after cleaning a firearm to keep track of which ones have been cleaned and which ones haven't. they really help when you're maintaining large arms rooms.

It's visible, and it protects the A2 flash hider "birdcage" and muzzlefrom dirt & dust while in storage.

Will fit:AR-15 or smaller, perfect for AR-10 only.Will not fit:Anything bigger I.e AR-10, 12 gage etc.They do not stretch.

Fits the birdcage nice and snug, can’t complain other than they are a touch expensive. It’s a blast off cap, plain and simple.

I ride with my AR on an ATV rack for badgers, coyotes and such and they do a wonderful job keeping the dust out. BUT they are really hard to remove! I understand that they are shoot through, but I would only do that in an emergency...
