Q: Will this ever be in stock again?

Don't know bought mine two years ago - most plastic oil based materials are not readily available.

Q: Can this piece be spray painted? Want to put it outdoors, front of house, under carport.

The pice is not real woven wicker (wood). It is woven brown pvc or vinyl - I doubt any paint product will adhere to it for any length of time. To dress mine up, I added a piece of remnant granite cut to size. It also steadies the unit for lamps, drinks, etc.

Q: Can you keep this out in the open? Will rain get in? Does it keep things in it dry?

You cannot keep it out in the open during rain. The drawers have little openings you use to pull the drawers open. Even though they are small, water will get in. Mine is outside on my patio, but it is under cover.
