Sturdy
I used these to hang a large and heavy unframed mirror that I repurposed from a bathroom remodel. I needed something that would create a rail system along the bottom to support the weight, not trusting the normal mirror 'clips' to do the job. I was able to mount 2 of these along the bottom width, giving me plenty of spaces to drill into the wall studs. I did have to drill my own holes in the J channel to line up with studs, but was easy to do.

Pretty good but a little pricy
I bought several of these J channel pieces to use as a track to slide a plexiglass piece up and down for my dog kennel. There aren’t many choices for J channel metal pieces. I think they were initially designed to be used to hold mirrors on walls etc. it works good but be aware the gauge of the metal is a little thin to my liking. They don’t take much force to bend them so be careful
