Q: What size for lady 5”7”? best just torso or whole body? can i stand on its side against the wall? easy to move?

Hi!, Thanks for the question. Best option is full body, however, for localized purpose you can use the mini size. For a person under 5'7" Midsize mat could work well, however it won't cover the whole body as a full body size mat. The mat is no designed to stand on it, you should only lie down on it. The mat is portable, it includes the carry bag. Mat's weight is between 13 and 50 lb depending on the size.
