I prefer this fine ground grey salt. The bag is large and has lasted a long time. There isn’t too much moisture, like products I’ve purchased in the past. It has a good mineral content, to where I can feel a difference in my body, so it works well.It doesn’t need to be in a grinder, as it’s finely ground. I have it in a little bowl beside my oven. I even add a few sprinkles to my water every day.
