Iv’ve been on this for well over 2 years. All Iknow is what I have learned about telomeres from verified websites about telomeres. Telemetes are not always checked unless you have a full blown blood test. One of my doctors wanted a deep dive big blood test. They sent my primary care doctor the results as a courtesy. At my next visit yo him he said wow your telemetes are unbelievably long! It was at that moment I knew it was WELL WORTH IT!I deny myself other things to be sure I have these. it works, my skin looks younger . cant use it though, the ginseng wont let me sleep

I've been using this supplement since November 2024, and I was impressed with the results. Although I can't see my Telomeres, I have noticed some interesting improvements. I used to get these little bruises on my hands quite often. Since I started taking this the bruises disappeared. I had tried doctor recommended Arnica gel, but it didn't work. My skin really is more vibrant. The only thing different I did was add this supplement. Lab tests will be done as the insurance company allows me to and I will update.

I gave 4 stars as it is hard to know how well it's working, but the price is reasonable. No taste and easy to take capsule. The health benefits are longer life.

I took my mother to a memory care doctor.
