Good but concerned about the calories
Compared to other dental chews, I like this for my 10 lb toy poodle puppy.She always seems interested in eating it and will do tons of tricks to get this treat! The shape and tough/hard consistency makes me feel like it really is doing its job. On the other hand, it does have more calories than others so I try to give her halves of this chew (they snap in half easily).

Absolutely great product but wish it didn’t expire within the same month we received it!
My puppy loves these VeggieDents. I’m so glad our vet introduced us to these! They are definitely cheaper here on Amazon than in store. I would give this five stars because my dog absolutely loves this product and totally ignores everyone and everything while she chews this away but I had to take a star away because the VeggieDents we got expired the same month we got them.

Our dog loves it
Our dog is crazy about these dental chews. She knows exactly when to expect to get one (late morning) and starts whining at me...I like the texture and the fact that it is vegetable based and low calory.

They've priced themselves out of my market
My dog, Maxine, loves them, but they keep increasing their price and reduced the size of the treats. Also, some of the ingredients aren't from the U.S.A. which concerns me. Just because dogs enjoy them, people purchase them increasingly, isn't the reason to keep raising the price and giving the consumer less for what they are paying for. These sticks are not made from any ingredient that should justify the price. The more people that buy a product should allow the manufacturer to REDUCE the price--getting slightly less profit for each item from a ton more people will reap a greater profit in the long run and will allow a constantly increasing amount of people to buy.

perfect for cleaning the tarter and freshening my fur babies breath.
My poor Black Lab has had tarter issues on his teeth and dont even ask me about his breath. His doc recommended these to help both issues. Pro: He loves the flavor and he teeth are cleaner and his breath smells fresh as well. Con: They are a tad bit big for him and he makes a mess everywhere with them..
