Diana Professional Steam Ironing System Italian Made Home Use Iron

Previously, I had to deal with professional steam stations, used in tailoring workshops. With this device I wanted to get similar quality and pleasure of ironing at home.So far the device has been working flawlessly, although it would be even better if the water level in the tank could be read somehow, and if the system of attaching the rod supporting the wires, as well as the rod itself, were more advanced and more reliable.Unfortunately, the bigger downside of the iron itself is that instead of a new one, I received used equipment. On the iron's foot I found visible dirt from the burns and numerous scratches.I consider the addition of a teflon shoe as a big plus, which was not mentioned in the product description.

Bought three times now! Gave us an electric shock as well! Brand new but both were messed up within 1 week. Surprised they're Italian made.The on off button light stopped working on both machines within days. These irons have destroyed clothes and fabrics, I've had so this iron ruin so many of my clothes and clothes of my customers. The seller needs to find out what the issue is with these seriously i'm about to get this replaced for the 3rd time.

I love it, I use the big ones at work, and I see no difference in performance, ok a longer cable for the iron to the water tanks be nice😊but it's just perfect if you need to travel for work.I'm over the moon

Love this iron. The system set up; cord length, tank size and heavy iron make for a perfect iron to make light of a heavy load of laundry!

Best thing I ever bought the only downside there is no window for the water level

The bottom of the iron is dirty and has a lot of scratches.The box was opened before.Will return the item.

It came with no proof of purchase and no instruction book. How am I supposed to know how to use and care for it.There was no invoice nothing.
