Great value and good product. I have purchased micronutrient vitamins and will continue.

After I had reached my optimal dose on TRT, my estrogen was a little out of range on the high side. The clinic suggested I start DIM, but didn’t give me a recommended dose. I ordered these and started taking 2 capsules a day which plummeted my Estro# at my next blood work. It was too low at that point, so they had me dial it back to one capsule a day and I’ve been in range for the last year+.Absolutely has worked for me! Sometimes hard to tell if all these supplements really do what they are supposed to do, but the numbers are clear on this one.

These seem to be the best quality I can find on Amazon, and the price is right too.

I have not tried any other brand for this supplement. I have been on it for apex 30 days. It has tremendously reduced the amount of facial hair! (caused by PCOS) Also, it seems to be regulating my cycle! I’ve been going 100+ days between cycles. Within 2 weeks of starting this product I ovulated! Does make my urine red/orange color. I will keep purchasing this product!

Edit: micro ingredients contacted me and issued a full refund. I will definitely continue buying other products from them in the future, as everything else I've tried from them is great.I normally really love this brand and this product WAS amazing for a long time - effective and a great value, but my most recent package is not the same. I have had a return of all my symptoms and noticed that my urine is no longer orange. (That is usually an indication that it's working.) I will be buying a different brand dim from now on.

I think this is a great product for a great price

I take one of these every day to balance my hormones and I think it works. You get a lot for your money with this bag and actually started me buying other of their supplements because of that and I like them all.
