Taste is fine, but eeehhh…for one thing, as other customers have mentioned, these do not melt well. And there has been a greyish bloom on those I purchased. Seems like at such a good price, they would not sit around long enough for bloom to develop, but instead fly off the shelves faster than suppliers could keep up with. I am very choosy about chocolate anything. As I said, these are OK but my chocky-sense is nudging me to switch back to my former (slightly higher priced) brand which was superb quality, no issues there. I guess it’s true you get what you pay for.

These chocolate bits are so delicious. The packaging looks great and attractive; the bits are fresh and some chocolate a day is helpful. They're good for baking; doing the math a 'bit' is under 3 cal. good to know for snacking dieters. Yum. We'll get more. Recommended.

Good price. There are times when I get hungry for chocolate. I don’t keep chocolate bars in the house. This is where the chips come in. A few of these, melting in my mouth takes care of that craving. The chips melt readily.

These are high quality backing chips. Not too sweet, yet just sweet enough for true enjoyment. I highly recommend them. The service was great too. Exactly as described and arrived quickly.

Used this to mold gingerbread chocolate houses and it is a disaster. The flavor is fine, but it's simply not even mediocre quality. If you are using for baking, it's fine, and half the cost of the decent stuff, but if you are trying to make chocolates / molds with it, it really is not a good use of time or resources. Get the better stuff. The white chocolate was the worst of the lot (it was almost like cookie dough), the semi-sweet almost useable, but still came out terrible. I should have known better, I was making a lot and trying to save some money since the chocolate will be covered with other decorations. It works, but it was a lot more trouble than it would have been with good chocolate.
