Was a chore to put together.
Looks great and was exactly what she needed. Just wish it wasn’t so cheaply made.

Works, but a little wobbly over time
This was for my daughter. She is 10. In the last ~3 months, it has gotten a little wobbly. I don't think it was designed for use over looks. It looks nice, but it doesn't last well.

It arrived complete, undamaged and earlier than expected.
To assemble it you'll have to empty the two boxes out carefully and completely. Pay attention to which pieces are with other pieces that look similar. The only con is not all the pieces are labeled. (HINT: So keep the similar looking ones together.) The picture directions were pretty good. They give you the exact amount of hardware you need to put it together, so don't lose anything. Start with the bed because it has the easier to identify bigger pieces. The rails for the mattress slats were thin so we predrilled holes for the screws to keep from splitting the rails. You'll need an assistant to help hold it while you put it together. I used some Elmer's glue on the wooden pegs. Next do the bookshelves, (least amount of pieces) then the desk and finally the chest of drawers. Scan ahead in the directions so you put it together once, correctly. After the bed was done I made 3 piles of parts for the other 3 pieces. They went together OK. I hope you have a hardwood floor so the desk can roll out easier to reveal a big space under the bed that she loaded with her bean bag chair, lamp and coloring books. This is sturdy enough for children but not for adults. The Quality is very good for what it is and I would recommend it. If you have a ratcheting hex key handle and a drill with bits and a screw shooter for the mattress slat screws, you'll make assembly much easier. Take your time and enjoy. She loves her new furniture, and we like that the bed isn't too high.

Wobbles, lots of exposed fasteners, some defects
At $360 this is probably an ok deal. I wish I had spent more to get something better. The bed is a bit wobbly, I’m going to reinforce it with a bit more wood. The desk drawers and shelves are OK. There lots of exposed fasteners heads, compared to some thing of higher quality which would be designed to hide them.Several, 4, of the nuts inserted into the wood pulled out. We fixed it with glue.

True to Photo, Perfecto!
The media could not be loaded. Pros:•True to Photo and Size•Packed Carefully in Two Boxes (directions in box warns this and what to do if they don't come together <3)•Clear Instructions (read them carefully though!)•Cost-effective (than buying loft, dresser, desk, and bookshelf separately AND they match)•Sturdy (with mild wobble which is normal for flexibility in bed frames!)•Delivered a Few Days Prior than Expected.Cons:•Timely (for a one woman band, the bed frame alone took three hours, and with the help of another, everything else got done in an additional two hours. Expect a day long project.•Messily Organized Bags of Parts (some screws are tossed in with other screws, put in one bag, then a piece of paper has the numbers of what parts they are. It isn't totally hopeless, but there are LOTS of parts. Highly recommend organizing them with the help of the instructions parts guide!!!)

Unsafe, Poor Quality, and Zero Compassion
I purchased a $500 loft bed from this company just over a year ago for my child, who was newly diagnosed with cancer, to create a safe and comfortable space. The bed was professionally assembled and well-maintained, yet it became increasingly unstable over time. When we attempted to relocate it, the entire frame collapsed as we removed a single bolt—bolts fell out, and the slatted base crashed down as if it had never been secured. If my child had been on the bed at the time, it could have been a serious injury.I reached out to the company, expecting at least some level of concern or responsibility. Instead, I was simply told the one-year warranty had expired—by two months. No apology, no concern for the safety risk, and certainly no compassion for the fact that this bed was for a child facing serious health challenges.A $500 bed should last more than 14 months—and more importantly, it should never fall apart so easily. This is not just poor craftsmanship; it's a dangerous product. Avoid this company if you value safety, quality, and basic human decency.

Impressed
It definitely takes 2 people to build the bed but everything else I was able to do myself. There is no extra hardware so when I stripped a screw I had to run to the store to get a replacement. The written directions and the labels are decent but the illustrations made me second guess things at times. The bed, book shelf, and desk are nice quality. The dresser seems to be made from a much cheaper wood and already has scratches on it just from the boards being on the floor. Other then that I am extremely satisfied with this bed set.

Bought for dorm room
Bought these for a dorm room. The beds Would fit a 10 year old very well, not meant for adults. Not very sturdy. Drawers are kind of small (fine for a 10 yo. Not for an adult). But again, not very sturdy. Better than nothing.
