This looks really good with my white/gray tile we installed. I am glad we went with the matte black.The rainwater head was nice also, it was the first time I had had one of those.Overall seems like pretty good parts and much cheaper than the equivalent other brandsI installed it somewhat incorrectly but the company was helpful in resolving my issue.

Relax under soft rain shower in elegant style.We recently remodeled our bathroom, and I must admit, this shower system is lovely to look at. Showering under the soft warm rainfall forces you to slow down and enjoy the sensation and truly start the day refreshed.The water is soft and as such, those with very thick or long hair may have trouble rinsing shampoos or conditioners with the shower head alone and may find that the handheld wand is necessary.I have not had the opportunity to use the handheld wand yet and will update this review accordingly once I have.The instructions seem to indicate that the ridged edging of the valve housing should be flush with the outside edge of the finished tile. Because of the amount of float and leveling necessary for the tile we chose, ours ended up being slightly sunk back and as such, the diverting knob will not fit. We contacted the seller who was very helpful, but asked to write a review to get the necessary extension which is not a universal readily available piece.Despite the mishap outlined above, this product is an incredible value and I absolutely would recommend this product despite not being able to use the wand yet.UPDATE: The seller sent the part we needed to extend the diverting knob. It works like a charm.With regard to my comments about people with very thick or long hair, the handheld wand works well! That said, my opinion is that the wand needs to be at full pressure (which means that the shower head is off) to easily rinse products from your hair.I would still recommend this product for value, style and its ability to transcend you to a relaxing place.Enjoy!

I’ve had these now for 3 years, remodeled my 2 bathrooms and put a set in each. The water pressure is amazing for the handle and the top has the perfect fall for relaxing. Color has held up well except for the little area where the handle attaches on the wall…the inside part of the handle has faded in color but barely noticeable. 2 months ago I had an issue with the water pressure in one of the units, where the water pressure was very low for cold water only. I reached out to the seller in hopes of purchasing a new pressure valve from them…since after 3 years I was not counting on any warranty. Not only did they respond the very next day, but they provided the part at no cost, and also gave me a new handheld part which I was not even expecting. After delivery they also followed up to see if that had fixed my issue or if they could further assist. Customer service like this is rare to find, I would definitely recommend and use them again.

Product came perfectly packed, all hardware was included, easy to install, the only thing I will complain is the shield on shower head is coming with a nice rubber gasket to protect the arm, but the one on handheld is NOT rubberized, leaving marks when is set in place.4.5 stars

UPDATE 12/14:I take partial blame as the email address I copy and pasted from previous email communications was missing part of the address, therefore making it invalid. Again, totally a bone-head move by me. The kick back from the form page on their website, however, is still in question.With that being said, customer service reached out to ensure my problem was addressed and/or fixed. After explaining the current situation with ESNBIA customer service, they quickly sent a new rough-in valve with diverter. Through this challenge, I found a great local plumber and he installed the new valve fixing my hot water issue. It has been almost 2 months since the install and we have not loss pressure or hot water.Outside of the miscommunication, ESNBIA has always been quick to respond and supply parts as needed. This has been an on-going issue for me; they supplied 3 cartridges and a rough-in valve with overnight deliveries, all under warranty when it was all said and done. That is the type of customer service you are looking for when purchasing quality products.Keep up the great service ESNBIA.ORIGINAL POST:I have a feeling i have been blacklisted after seeking help for a second time. I, too, had issues with water pressure after installation. I remember the installer mentioning how great the water pressure was when he first installed. About a year later, if you switched to hot water, the water would cut off completely.Hired a plumber and he told me I needed a new cartridge. Called customer service, they sent a new cartridge right away. Awesome. Finally hired ANOTHER plumber to have it replaced after many failed attempts to replace myself. Less than 2 months later, here we are again. After reading additional reviews of the same issue, I feel the rough-in valve with diverter is compromised. I would like to replace it but I can't get a hold of anyone.Since I had the customer service email from the previous issue, I contacted them again asking for a full replacement since the unit has a 5 year warranty. I have not heard back and now I'm getting an error from Gmail that the email is not being accepted (2x). I hate to be a negative person but ESNBIA needs to do better. I've sent the same message via their contact page in hopes maybe the email address I had was no longer valid.Looks great but if it doesn't work ... :( Not sure if a universal diverter would work with this system?
