I just received the Kyrobak today. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and my lower back has been very achy over the last few months. I have only used this once so far and I have to say I am amazed. My back has been better all day, the best it has felt in a long time. I knew I was taking a chance in ordering and it is not inexpensive, but I thought if there was a chance to help me, I had to try it. I am so glad I did. Plus, it is so simple to operate, just the unit and power cord. That is it. There is also good information in a booklet about pain, why it happens and how we can help ourselves. So, I know it is early with my usage, but I have to say at this point I am very pleased.

I normally will not post a negative review unless I find it will truly benefit others that work hard for theer money. I do not know why Amazon forces people to place at least one star in the reviews.This must be the biggest piece of junk I bought. The commercial was excellent but the product is the most silliest thing out there. You lay on this item, turn the button on and it wiggles you to the left and right for ten minutes.You will get the SAME effect by sitting on a chair and swaying from side to side. The manufacture should be ashamed for making such a piece of junk.Do yourself a favor and get out of this listing a soon as possible.A message for ICTV Brands®, Inc.;I would take this item out of your inventory as soon as possible.

I was referred to this product. Have had lower back issues and this has helped tremendously on alleviating the problem

While the Kyrobak device works well and provides the desired comfort to the lower back through the mechanical massaging pad, the electronic ON/Off Switch doesn't last even 1 yr! The phone number provided in the User's Manual and related papers for the Returns Center is non-working. This is the 3rd Kyrobak unit we've had that gives the same problem with the switch: the first two units were both within the warranty period and we were able to return for replacement. The 3rd unit was bought from Amazon and there appears to be no pathway to getting service and this 3rd unit is 5-days away from the warranty period. Needless to say the electronics portion of Kyrobak is very poor quality.

Bought this after MD recommend for some lower back/hip pain that my wife had been experiencing. Works great and has provided much needed pain relief. Easy to use and has a long enough cord to be able to use comfortably away from a wall. No issues after several months of owning.

Got it for some sciatica. Save your money, go to the doctor and get a MRI. The Kyrobak couldn't help me as my sciatica got worse, and I think it might have made it worse as not all back problems can be solved with this type of adjustment. Be very careful. May work for some but not all.

I have had back pain for years. I tried the Kyrobak hoping it would help. After four times, my pain was worse and I have not used it since. I am the type if I bought it, used it , I keep it. If I could, I would have returned it for a refund...

I normally don't write reviews but thought I would drop a quick note about my experience with Kyrobak. I am not a big fan of "contraptions" but decided to give this a try. I have a bulging disk and have had injections which have helped nonetheless my lower back is still very stiff. I have used Kyrobak for one week and can see a big improvement in my range of motion. I was surprised at the efficacy of a small relatively inexpensive machine. I have seen some negative reviews so perhaps this machine does not work on all back problems but it worked for me. Would definitely recommend giving it a try to anyone with lower back problems.
