I've ordered from EZ Grain before. The cuts of Austree Willow always arrive well packaged and just busting out to grow. The onus is on me at that point. As in past orders, each cut is already beginning to bud. In the past I've not had 100% success with each and every one I've gotten, but that is entirely on me. I've done both rooting in water and starting the cuts in constantly moist soil. From little sticks come decent size little trees that can be easily planted in the ground. My only issue is a herd of 10-16 deer that literally haunt our property. It's hard to escape their nibbling, but with adequate protection. My goal is a nice privacy screen and these little miracles seem the perfect solution. The quality of the CZ Grain shoots is excellent and gives me a terrific way to build my "wall"

The cuttings were paxkaged perfectly and arrived with root development on all cuttings. in Just over a week in water they are doing amazingly well and will be moved to soil as they all have at least 2 inch roots. the value is amazing, and i will absolutely be ordering quite a few more as soon as possible

I recently decided to add some greenery to my front yard and opted for hybrid willow tree cuttings as a sustainable and fast-growing option. Overall, I'm quite pleased with the results, but I did encounter a minor setback with a few of the cuttings. While the majority of the hybrid willow tree cuttings grew rapidly, I did encounter an issue with a small number of them. Around 6 out of the total cuttings, I planted failed to grow. It's disappointing that these cuttings did not thrive despite providing them with the same care and conditions as the others. Overall, the hybrid willow tree cuttings have exceeded my expectations with their rapid growth and low maintenance requirements. Despite the disappointment of a few cuttings not growing, the majority have flourished beautifully. I would recommend trying them if you're looking for fast-growing trees to enhance your garden or landscape. Just keep in mind that there may be some variation in their growth success, as I experienced.

These were well packaged. I had several though were a different color upon arrival ( already DOA) but most of them looked healthy. I was sent 20 with no backups. I was raised on a farm and am an excellent gardener but I had trouble getting some of these to grow good roots and then our drought just did them in. I may try again sometime. I have planted willow before and they did well so I know it is possible, but this time, it was definitely a waste of money.

I ordered these in early spring, and most of the sticks grew roots very quickly. I planted them along the property line, and half grew while half died. Out of them all, I currently have 1 super healthy looking plant, 3-4 decent looking, and the rest are struggling. The healthy ones really grow quickly, and I think I will try to order once more to see if I can get a better set of cuttings. Some cuttings were very thin. Those were the ones that just died. The thicker the cutting= a healthier plant it seems. I am in zone 5 where these should thrive. I’m hoping that next year some of the weakest plants make a recovery but either way I am going to order again. As far as customer service goes, it was not good at all in my experience. I tried to get replacements for the dead plants, but the company did not budge on this.You will need to water these frequently. They LOVE water! As with all plants bought online, it’s always a blind leap of faith. Here’s to hoping all our plants thrive next year lol. This would be a 5 star review if customer service was better and replaced what needed replaced. I will revise if that is corrected by seller.

I am impressed. Cuttings arrived well packaged. They were wrapped in 2 bundles and still damp. I was surprised to see they had little white spots all over them that I learned were roots starting to grow. I put them in 4 mason jars with water and in 2 days they started rooting. 3 are in my kitchen under the cabinet led lights and one is in a window that gets sun in the afternoon. Today is day 5 and they've all sprouted roots and are starting to sprout growth. I put one in the ground on day 3 and it seems to be doing well. The instructions and video were super helpful. If they die now it's entirely my fault.

Tried multiple different ways to grow them. I put some just in water and put in direct sun light. Put some in dirt and in direct sunlight. None of them grew at all.
