I got this to dream more, I naturally dream but I was curious about this herb and it does help me remember or at least have more different dreams than usual, I’ve been having it for three nights now so it’s pretty new still but so far so good. I do feel it makes me sleepy and definitely relaxed. I make it mixed with other teas and diffuse it, it does taste bad to me though personally it’s bitter, and I can only tolerate a smaller amount than recommended. I would buy again though.

I bought this mugwort because I am interested in having lucid dreams. It didn't quite work for me, and there are plenty of reasons why this could be. However, upon consuming more of it while awake, I started to notice a mild high. After eating the leaves straight up (they taste extremely bitter but i'm fine with that), I find my pereption to feel more whole, and my creativity feels like it spikes. I have noticed that chamomile cancels it out. It's pretty swag, but I'm disappointed in its lack of effect on my dreams.
